Staff Christmas Party [photos]
Today was the staff Christmas party for the school that I'm currently at. They kindly invited me to join as well. I was so happy to be a part of the school family. The spread was nice! I ate two full plates, plus dessert. >_<
I even had a sip of this Swedish wine. It was warmed and almonds and raisins! (I'm on antibiotics so I could only take a sip. he he he.) It was so good! I wish I could have an entire glass!
We also did a secret santa gift exchange. The limit was 1000 yen, but it's amazing what you can buy for 1000 yen! Some people got really cool gifts! I ended up with external speakers. I have yet to figure out when to use it. LoL. Maybe during the day when my neighbor isn't home. he he he.
I'm so thankful that this school has welcomed me so graciously. I'm sad that Friday will be my last day at this school. I'm going to have to adjust to a new school come January. I guess that's what usually happens in life though right? Right when you get "comfortable" you have to get "uncomfortable" again. >_<
